Very pretty location and beautiful historic archetecture. The studio was quiet and comfy, although for those sensitive to light pollution, I would reccomend to bring an eye mask- the hall lights are quite bright in some units.

San Juan Property Management (Angela and Jesse) were amazing while the rental unit(s) I used was somewhat lacking. I booked a studio with kitchenette for my one-week stay. The first night coincided with extremely cold temperature and Angela proactively moved me from the room I booked to another one (bigger) because she felt that I may be too cold in the originally booked room, which was very nice. Then, the pipe froze with no hot water in the building that I was in, so they moved me to another building they are managing with more secure features. The new location was closer in town (by 2 blocks) and was convenient but unfortunately did not have a kitchenette. With a lot of business closed due to weather and season, it was difficult to have decent meals without a kitchenette during the week I stayed in San Juan but those elements were outside SJ Managment's control. Where they could control, they were very proactive in providing the best solutions they could offer. Thank you!

I’ve enjoyed our trip and the room worked out well. There were two things that would have improved our experience: 1) the tv was too small to see from either being seated or in bed. 2) there was no toaster.

The price was more than advertised. And when I wanted to stay an extra night they charged me"way more than the original price. The other suites in the house were the same price and much larger and nicer.

The Acanthus Suites are in a cute house just far enough out to be quiet and peaceful yet still walkable to downtown. We stayed in the Logger’s Suite which was comfortable and quaint. SJPM was very responsive, provided fantastic instructions, and check-in/check out was super easy. I highly recommend staying here.
