First time in an AirBnB instead of a hotel and did not disappoint. Having lots of space and a kitchen in a nice home made our trip much more enjoyable. We had a couple questions for Luke during our stay and I think he responded to each message in seconds. Everyone in our party remarked how great the bed mattresses were and raved about them. The only downside for me was the walk from the lower level driveway up an inclined sidewalk with steps to the front door. I had knee surgery a month before so that was a little difficult. I didn't let that affect my rating as it was my own situation, probably fine for others more able bodied.

We had a great stay at Luke’s house. There was a minor issue at check-in which he remedied right away. He was very responsive and helpful. The house is well located, only being about 20 minutes away from downtown Louisville and less than 10 minutes away from Churchill Downs and an infamous ghost tour. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We really had a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Luke as a host. Thank you! 😊

The house was very clean and enough space for our family of seven. Easy check in and close to a nice coffee shop.
