Very clear and easy check in.. I had some issues in the beginning with the TV programme (I'm not good at it as well) informed Sue and she settled it the very same day.. (within 2 hours) I am a frequent flyer and I take home stays very frequently, must say that Sue was very helpful, accurate and always responsive. Humble and polite as well.. Thank you Sue.. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful.. Nice to walk around any time of the day.. Well taken care off and clean.. The parking is a little far from the lift, so it's better to drop your things at the lift then proceed to parking the car. The house condition is just like in the picture.. Some things like the tea table looks a little old.. TV is small ( for those having a long stay and love being at home may nor enjoy movies much..) The AC's are really good and cold.. some towels were old looking as well.. but it wasn'tan issue.. as mostly was clean.. water pressure is good.. OVERALL I WOULD SAY I HAD A GOOD STAY!! Thank you.

stayed in a few units in this condo, this was the best maintained in terms of cleanliness and toiletries provided. will def return to stay again.

Amazing hospitality I was at Pavilion Services Apartment for 10 days and I must say the experience was fantastic. The guards were really cooperative and assisted with all the needs. Specifically Host very good and quick response. I will recommend this place who will want visit Malaysia
