I had a solid stay. It was straightforward and easy to get around Ebisu. The unit was clean and private and easy to navigate to.

Only issue was address in English did not work with standard phone maps but jade worked to get me there, I took a taxi as I was exhausted. Taxi driver missed street by one so pics sent didn’t match up. Then she found English address that got results and I am sure nobody else will have this issue. Spotless new building everything works in this new efficiency unit/building. Easy to walk to train and get anywhere. Laundry worked well and loved shower/ dryer room. Full sized bed and tiny place, so a longer stay for more than one large person likely will not be wonderful, but hey, that’s Tokyo. I would stay here again but I like seeing new areas when I visit Tokyo. Lawson is around corner. Everything else 8 minutes walk or less. A good deal.

Very very small room which the fridge door touches the edge of the bed. The common corridor is narrow that I barely can carry my suit case. However overall the place is extremely practical that has everything you need!
