Kathy is the perfect host. Communicative, informative and non intrusive. Her place is immaculately maintained, with all household amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions are provided for waste disposal, heating etc. Location is tranquil yet close to the harbour town of Stonehaven which can offer anything else you may need. The Bay chip shop was a highlight of ours! Kathy provides more local knowledge in her welcome information. If you’re into nature, keep an eye out for the deer who come to visit in the mornings and evenings. Thanks Kathy, I hope you will have me back!

I booked Kathy's place as a base for colleagues working in the area and the location was perfect. Kathy is an excellent communicator and host even helping out sending directions to my colleagues. The lads loved Kathy's place and requested I book for the following week sadly this wasn't possible. Thanks Kathy x

Hard to give anything other than 5 stars - this is undoubtedly one of the best AirBnbs you could ever stay in. Everything about the house was fastidiously clean and tidy and as per the photos and descriptions. Totally peaceful area (car required) in the middle of the countryside, but less than 10 mins to drive to big shops or Stonehaven for the beach. Aberdeen itself about 20-25 mins away. Highly recommended - thank you Kathy.

The reviews on this property says it all. What an excellent standard, fabulous. Kathy has really thought about everything you might need during your stay. The house is so well organised and very clean, fresh and new. It was such a lovely warm retreat and so many nice touches, e.g. smart TVs in all the rooms, a lovely fresh cot set up for our arrival, nice fresh games, kitchen had all amenities you would need, I could go on. She had also really considered the needs for our toddler too which was much appreciated. The location is also great. It provides a slice of the countryside while being very conviently located to main road links and so many local attractions. Many thanks. We would not hesitate to book again and would happily recommend to our family and friends.
