Really beautiful and open spaces, with huge pool area. The host met us personally to check us in. Excellent location and very very well stocked kitchen.

Carlos was a great host with fantastic communication. The house has a super location near the ferry and is very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful house. Exactly as it's described on the page but better. The pool is huge, the kitchen great for big meal preps, and the living area excellent for hosting. Bedrooms are comfy and spacious, and the number of windows gives the house this remarkable light at all times. Location is excellent as well less than 10 minutes from the ferry/pavilion/pantry, and less than 5 minutes to the beach! Carlos was an excellent host, contacted us the day before to make sure we were confident in our travel plans, and provided some much appreciated advice, and was helpful at introducing us to the house and quick to respond to any questions/needs we had.

We had a fantastic week staying at Carlos’ beautiful and well-appointed home. He had everything we would expect from a Fire Island home and much more - including higher end furniture and decorations. It was impeccably clean and a great use of the space. We especially loved the deck area, pool and outdoor shower. The bedrooms were generously sized and had either en-suite or a shared bathroom - all easily accessible to the rooms. In addition, Carlos was incredibly attentive and responsive and super friendly as he showed us around the house. We’d love to stay with him again next year!

Carlos is a fabulous host who cares about details. The property was very clean, large and well equipped. We had a really great time at the property and would stay there again.
