We, me and family made this trip in memory of my parents. Townsend was their most favorite place on the planet! Fancy Pants was the perfect spot for us to have access to their favorite places to visit. Fancy Pants was very roomy, and inviting. There were lots of activities that kept everyone active which was a major plus because it rained a couple of our days there. We will definitely consider Parker and Fancy Pants for future stays. The only trouble I had was getting in but it was because I went to the wrong door!! Parker was very quick to come to my rescue! We loved our stay ❤️

Our family had a great time. We were able to relax and hang out while also enjoy the sights and activities in the area.

Since we stayed a month we really got to feel like part of the community. We were so happy we chose the "Peaceful side of the Smokies". Loved just enjoying the Little River from almost anywhere in the house. There were plenty of towels to enjoy the hot tub and laundry was easy to use. Our favorite restaurants for the food were Trailhead Steak and Trout and Apple Valley. The Abbey across the swinging bridge was good for the ambiance by the river. While we were there a baby goat was born, so cute. Our favorite outing was Cades Cove Loop. Check for closures before you head out. Our only recommendation was a few more kitchen items would be helpful. All in all this was a really nice place, you won't be disappointed especially is you like it peaceful!

This place was perfect for our family trip! We have a baby and this place had everything including crib, high chair, pack and play. We loved the games it had for both indoor and outdoor, and the hot tub was great! It was so convenient to walk the swinging bridge for food and entertainment. Oz was very kind and helpful! Can’t wait to visit again!

This home was amazing, super nice! We felt like royalty staying here. The rolling creek, the views, the games, the beds were all super comfy. Massive hot tub biggest I have ever seen. My fav was the steam shower in the Masterbath! Will def be adding that feature in my own house. My skin glowed all day long after my morning shower. 😍and a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg as well. We loved everything about this place. Cannot wait to go back in the summertime! Perfect activities for adults & kids right out the backdoor!! Highly recommend this place!!!
