We booked the estate as a surprise birthday party/ weekend for my Mom's 60th, and had the most amazing time! Kelly was so kind answering all our questions, and was flexible with the check-in time (which gave us extra time to decorate the bar area and practice the big surprise reveal). We had 20 of us in total staying at the estate, mix of adults and kids, and everyone had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the indoor pool was a BIG hit. Both Kelly and Dan were easily accessible and quick to assist with any questions that came up during our stay. The kids also really enjoyed being able to see and pet the horses (there was also an extremely friendly cat who loved to get pets!). The suites themselves were huge, and everyone loved their rooms. When the weekend was over, the kids (and adults!) were sad to leave, and we already can't wait to come back (maybe in the summer, so we can explore the property).

The home is magnificent. Just as described. Pictures are very accurate. The house easily fit our group of 15 and could have fit another family of four people comfortably. The indoor pool is a lot of fun (especially in the winter), fireplaces are great, house is loaded with good quality plates, wine glasses, drink glasses, etc… we hired a chef and the chef had his own quarters - in the separate commercial kitchen without interfering in our space. The horse stable at the end of the driveway was a big hit with the kids and adults. Amazing time.

What an amazing Airbnb in upstate NY. Kelly was wonderful to work with as was the communication with Rob & Dan. Easy access into this beautiful place. Eight bedrooms, each with their own on suite. Space for everyone to be comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a hit with the 8 children we had, but also with the adults. The grounds and views were breathtaking. Very close to Cooperstown, many restaurants and sights to see. We were able to have a chef come in to do dinner, perfect!

I am, by nature, a bit skeptical, so I was pleased that this property exceeded my expectations, and those of my extended family, for our family reunion. The property is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful rural setting. Everyone had their own en-suite bathroom, and each bedroom was unique and charming. (We did a room drawing rather than assigning them, and the youngest - our 10 year-old granddaughter - won the large Royal Suite, and she wouldn't give it up even for a very large payoff.) The pool was a big hit, as was the private bistro. With all the different indoor and out-door seating areas, we were able to spend memorable moments with different combinations of family members while enjoying the scenery or lovely interior. The trails, alpacas, horses, tennis court/basketball court, ping-pong, and deer-viewing at a distance were enjoyed by all of us. Jeff and Bobbi, the property managers, were friendly, efficient, attentive, and responsive; they could not have been nicer. Jeff even took many of us individually on trail tours on a quad ATV, and made sure we had tackle and poles for fishing on the lake that sits in the middle of the 336 acre property. Almost all of us got onto the lake at some point during our stay, whether on their paddle boat, kayaks, or SUP boards. With so much to do, including just relaxing talking or reading, that we did not leave the property until the 4th day to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and see a game at Doubleday Field. We are already thinking about when we might be able to come back - not "if" but "when". Thank you to the owners for making this unique property available, and to Jeff and Bobbi for making sure we had an enjoyable time while there.
