Blue Ocean For peace of mind there is 24-hour security of the Blue Ocean community as well as the concierge service (day time). The concierge will answer your questions on the Blue Ocean Apartments as well as the local area to ensure that you have all the information you need for an amazing stay be it for business or leisure. Secure private parking is available inside the gates as well as a few spaces on the outside for convenience. In order to keep the apartments in tip top condition there is a weekly cleaning service with linen change and an on-site maintenance program. To supply you uninterrupted power for all the modern amenities within each apartment there is a central Standby generator. You can keep in-touch with the outside world and enjoy social media or the TV and you can use the very reliable Wi-Fi both inside and out. For privacy and security each apartment has its own separate lockable entrance door, the pool area is the only communal area. Outside there are rubbish bins which are taken care of by the management in an environmentally friendly way. The apartments (Inside) Each apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 en suite bathroom and an additional bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with ample storage, a dining area and a spacious living area. To enjoy the outside climate the duplex apartments, have a small terrace at the entrances and a large rooftop terrace. As you enter you will see each open plan apartment is designed to make sure that you have all the comforts you need to make this your home whilst in The Gambia. The large luxury duplex apartment has a spacious open plan living room with dining area and an equiped kitchen. The bedrooms, bathrooms and the roof top terrace are accessed via an internal staircase. The two spacious bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed with plenty of storage space and a large modern wet room styled (ensuite) bathroom, enjoy the amazing rainfall and body jet shower which is supplied with continuous hot and cold water. Linen and towels are provided for all apartments. The kitchen has a full-sized oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and is equipped so you can prepare anything from a light snack to a full dinner for you to enjoy in your dining area, alfresco on the balcony or wherever you choose. The living room is spacious and has modern comfortable furnishings, the TV has many channels and excellent Wi-Fi connection, so you can relax and enjoy the comfort of being at home. Throughout the apartments there is air conditioning and mosquito nets to keep you cool and safe from the tropical African heat. As part of our service package you will have your linen changed weekly, (or daily for an extra charge), and towels changed every few days. To keep your clothes fresh you have use of the “laundry room” on site and within the apartment you have a drying rack, iron and ironing board. The pool The pool is kept crystal clear by our team, the poolside patios are cleaned daily and have potted plants and poolside furnishings to give a relaxed feel. Here you can unwind, read or simply be you and soak up the African rays then take a refreshing dip in the shared pool when you are ready.
