A beautiful property that has amazing character and views. Sitting outside in the pool bar and watching a gorgeous sunset every evening was our favorite memory. The kitchen and pantry was well stocked with everything needed to serve our family of 17 great meals including a full thanksgiving spread. There are refrigerators everywhere and 3 ice machines. The elevator is perfect for moving luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The indoor tiered theater with recliners was a favorite spot to watch not only movies, but also sporting events. The fully equipped gym was perfect for those of us that enjoy exercising while viewing a beautiful landscape. The pier launch platform for kayaks is perfect for morning excursions on the water. Finally, Brandon Dean was very quick to respond to questions and aid with any needs, a perfect host.

Unfortunately the house was extremely overpriced, when you look to spend this type of money, you expect the house to be operational. One of the A/C units in the house didn’t work for half of our trip, we messaged the host and had 3 techs come out and finally the day before leaving it was resolved. We were on a business retreat, we all own Airbnbs and felt the price paid was extremely high for the real value we got from the home. The jacuzzi didn’t heat and was not fixed during our stay, even after asking the host several times. The wood floor is dangerously damaged and elevated which caused a few of us to trip, the lights in the bathrooms don’t fully work in the upstairs rooms and worst of all, when we messaged our host for help, he sent a picture of something in the house that was damaged which was not caused by our stay. A lot of money for the service and condition of the house was in. Hopefully they improve, house is massive with lots of space.

Brandon and his team were very communicative. Any time I called, they were quick to reply either with a call back or text message. I can honestly say, the pictures don't do the property justice as it's one of those times where you show up and are pleasantly surprised how big & beautiful the property is. The morning sunrise and evening sunset are amazing. The location is such that you get an amazing view out to the Gulf with an abundance of sea life & birds. We saw manatee off the dock & of course fished. There are chairs on the dock, fresh water, a bench, etc... The kitchen is fantastic and easy to navigate. For our family reunion, each family was charged with cooking a meal & had plenty of kitchenware to work with...and right off the kitchen is the bar, pool table and theatre room where we'd retreat for some late night fun. On other nights we'd gather in the big, main living room and play games, where you could easily accommodate 12-15 people (and more). As for the rest of the mansion....each bedroom was more than spacious. Everyone was very comfortable. Too much more to say but a place that will have lasting memories for my entire family!!
