Paula was wonderful. The place was clean and tidy. Lots of light an space for a basement apartment. Definitely recommend for long or short term stays. Great location near Columbia Center & The Toyota Center venue for hockey!
The apartment is nicely furnished and pleasant. It was just what we needed. Paula was very helpful and thoughtful for our needs over the Thanksgiving holiday.

My husband Lowell & I lived the first 20 years of our married life in Ecuador which was a wonderful experience. The second 20 years we lived in Minnesota. We loved many things about Minnesota, even the winters. After retirement we decided to follow 2 of our 4 children and 6 of our 8 grandchildren to the Tri-cities. Lowell did most of the remodeling of our basement to turn it into an Airbnb apartment. We hope you enjoy it.
