Unexpected rules and inconveniences. You have to pick up and drop off the keys. You can’t go straight to rental. You pay a cleaning fee of $230 and are expected to clean the rental before leaving. If you don’t do their cleaning list they state they will charge your credit card on file $50 per hr with a $50 min (on top of the cleaning fee you already paid). Messaged multiple times on Airbnb app and no one responded. When they finally responded they just wrote I needed to “contact the local host” (with no info included). I thought all communication was supposed to be through Airbnb app? Listing states “Pet friendly property. Pets are free.” Was messaged the day of my arrival requesting an extra pet fee of $60. When I pointed this out they denied that the listing stated that, so I had to sent them the listing. Got called the morning of our stay starting we needed to sign documents/ an extra rental agreement. Thought rental agreement was through Airbnb when I initially booked.
