The house and area are beautiful! It was very private and we were able to take our dogs. They enjoyed running around while my husband went out and fished at the pond. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a last minute issue with another reservation and are so thankful that Linda got us in this home the same night. The property was lovely and our two boys caught tons of fish every day. As we were leaving, our boys said this is where they want to spend every spring break! A few notes, there is not a bath tub (unless you are spending more than 5 days) and the same request was made for using wash clothes. Just plan a head! Kitchen had all we needed and the grill worked great. It was peaceful and just what we needed!

We were in the area for a family wedding. Skylight Ranch was the perfect place to stay; an idyllic country setting but only about 15 minutes from Emory, where the wedding was held and a variety of restaurants and a wonderful grocery store are located. Our two grandchildren had plenty of outdoor space to run around and they enjoyed fishing on the pond. They also loved seeing the deer and the armadillo that walked through the yard. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of four adults, one teenager and one child. Three bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding very easy and there were plenty of beds for all of us (very comfortable beds). Highly recommend Skylight Ranch, especially if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing location.

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the scenery and outdoor activities. We did not use the kayaks but did some fishing. The living room stayed about 86 degrees so bring an extra fan. Cannot use the tub or washing machine/dryer unless you stay more than five days - so keep that in mind if you have small kiddos. We felt we had little privacy due to the home surveillance and property owners messaging us - there was little communication with owners so we had some confusion about visitors and their pets being on property. Do not forget bug spray!

El lugar es totalmente privado y es perfecto para alejarte de todo, es ideal para familias grandes pero yo lo disfrute sola y fue muy placentero. Los baños son totalmente hermosos lo único malo es que no puedes hacer uso de la tina a menos que te hospedes más de 5 días pero todo lo demás fue muy adecuado y cómodo. Espero volver pronto y poder quedarme más días.
