I stayed for two and a half months and did not have any issues. Good area, grocery stores and fast food restaurants in walking distance.

If your looking for a place to stay for a few days or more look no further! This place was honestly a blessing for me. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores and restaurants and a Cobb Linc bus station that takes you to Hamilton E. Holmes station which then you can use to get to surrounding cities. All in all I enjoyed this place and the beautiful dogs aren't a disturbance at all.

Good place to stay, especially considering the price. Important to note the owner does board dogs, but they are generally not disruptive or problematic. Just something to remember when booking. Overall very nice place and met all my needs for an extended stay.

The place seems great from the beginning. Shortly after the stay the smell of dogs and barking gets annoying and you are unable to sleep some nights. He leaves tvs on as loud as they can be. He gets mad at using the oven too much or using hot water to wash your clothes. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR NUMBER! He has done nothing but talk disrespectfully towards me since my check out and if you don’t respond to him instantly he doesn’t understand that you may be busy. The bed in room one is so old and uncomfortable I had to buy a foam top just to make it suitable. The other guest are great and everyone keeps to themselves. If you can put up with his notes he leaves around saying fix this or get out and I’ll refund you it’s the perfect fit. If not I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. This listing needs to be permanently removed.
