The casita had the 6th bedroom. We were not aware of that as we looked for the 6th bedroom.

Brandon’s place was beautiful, so spacious! We had kids and they enjoyed the backyard. Family had a great time playing pool. It’s a great home and would definitely book again if needed!

The place was great for our large group! The kitchen (w/5 stools) eating table (w/8 chairs and extra room) 2 person table, living room, and step down TV area were all connected. It had lots of linens and pool towels. Had pots, pans, instant pot, coffee maker, griddle, high chair, children’s dishes cups and utensils, plenty of plates and glasses for adults. There was 1 pack and play, maybe 2. The Casita in back was like a separate hotel room w/king bed, refrigerator, microwave, stove, 2 padded chairs and a separate bathroom with shower. The yard is open on each side of the house to the front, but our 4 two-year-olds were only interested in the swingset and large sandbox! There are some sandbox toys, basketball, bikes and hot tub. Upstairs, there are 3 kings (1 with shower and bathroom )and a 2 bunk bed room. And a separate bathroom w/tub. Downstairs there were 3 bedrooms, the trundle bed room included the treadmill and weights, and the only bathroom downstairs. Would stay again!

The place was beautiful. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at snow covered mountains was better than I could have imangined.
