Really disappointed in this rental. Biggest issue is there is no one to provide after hours support under any circumstances. Evidently the building has a STRICT no smoking rule. Zero tolerance and big fines. This was why I chose this property. Most evenings someone on my floor lit up. The HVAC recirculates and distributes smoke in all units. I could not tolerate the smoke and suffered with health issues because I was stuck with the smoky air. I called, wrote, pleaded with management to address the issue. During business hours they sometimes wrote back that they had found the source and addressed the issue and gave warnings. Yet the smoky evenings persisted. Not what I contracted for and made for miserable evenings and nights. Never aga Furniture not at all as pictured. No rugs, rickety IKEA products were uncomfortable and sparse. Two people would struggle to be comfortable here. No chairs at all. Unit shares wall with elevator. Expect constant machine noise. Never again.

The place is ok but there were some things I didn’t love: -Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in -Very few necessities — there’s one bar of soap, and no soap dish. There’s a tiny canister of dish soap. There was on single trash bag in the apartment. -I had to pay $5 to buy a laundry card to do laundry, on top of soap, and laundry load costs -The couch was filthy (food stuck in the cracks would emerge and cover the couch) and uncomfortable -I don’t think the floors had been properly cleaned. They were dirty and there was hair on them. -Walls are paper thin. Heard neighbors talking and coughing. A dog down the hall was barking so much the first three days I barely slept. The good: -The location is right above Chinatown and central and convenient overall -Building is modern and easy to get in and out of -WiFi was great It’s very basic and I felt like it was a bit expensive for what it was, but it got the job done. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here for too long.

Was a great place to stay, exactly what was described. stayed there for 2 weeks and it felt like home. so so close to everything and super easy to get anywhere, lots of subway stations close by. Will definitely be back.
