Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, in einer recht ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum oder am Strand. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles glänzte wie neu. Wie hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub! :)

Apartments at a high level, everything as described, the owners very nice and helpful. The only downside to the distance to the center and the beach is you need to use the car. Greetings from Poland already 😁

It was a 5 stars stay at Mattia's place. There are 2 appartments in the house, one on the ground foor and one on the first floor with separate entrances (outside stairs) and we could use both of them. They are both brand new and furnished with taste. Furniture are of high quality. The view from both are wonderful (on the city, the harbour, the sea, the islands) and it gives an impression of space. The appartment on the ground floor is spacious, it has one bedroom and more possibility in the living room. The one on the first floor is smaller but very cosy and perfect for a couple, very romantic. The terass and garden furniture are very nice and confortable for both of them. The one on the ground floor is perfect for breakfast (shadow) and the one upstairs very nice at night. Very much appreciated were the washing machine, the dishwasher, the air conditionning and the good beds. The place is 10 min from the center of the city and very easy with a car. Mattia was very reactive, the communication was very good, he also helped us and indicated us some places to visit. I warmly recommend this place.
