The place is great, being right in the center of the city, and it's very well equipped. Lee is very helpful and accommodating. The unit feels like a proper rental and I don't think you could ask for anything more. I definitely recommend Lee (and this loft) for any long term stays in Philly!

What a wonderfully little gem of a place on the cutest street - stayed here for nearly 2 months on a work trip, and felt so lucky to have found this spot. It’s a real neighborhood, the condo felt so homey, and Lee couldn’t have been a nicer host. He was flexible and responsive - even holding extra dates for me when I was unsure if my work trip would be extended (it was, and I extended my stay). Being away from home this long was tough, but was so happy to have a lovely, cozy spot to stay in while in Philly.

Lee is a kind person, but the unit was not as described and my stay was terrible. I arrived late one day after my check-in date and Lee was still cleaning the apartment—it was not ready on arrival. The unit is described as "non-smoking" but smelled of cigarettes and I found cigarette ash. There was a HUGE amount of dust. There were stains in the bathroom and kitchen. The downstairs floors were dirty. The stairs are very unsafe. When I told Lee that the A/C was not working, she stopped by and declared it to be fine. I decided to not argue and the A/C broke a week later. Shortly upon arrival, the curtains broke. I incurred significant costs and inconvenience to fix problems during my stay—Lee declined my reasonable request for a partial refund. Overall, the apartment is dingy and in dire need of a remodel. I was tricked by the listing's misleading pictures and description. I would not recommend staying at this listing or with this host—neither are prepared to provide a quality stay.

Lees Air BB is absolutely stunning. It’s the most unique 2 story house with remarkable historical charm . The house is located on a street with no parking providing a very quiet atmosphere & all the residents have put lights on the trees making it such a picturesque place to stay. It’s in the heart of the city in the best neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance. Lee has the house stocked with everything from towels , toilet paper , soap , coffee, cups , dishwasher soap , pots , pans ect . She’s super friendly ,efficient and smart . She was so kind to send me all the WiFi and neighborhood Info before I arrived, as well as suggestions of places to see and things to do in Philadelphia! I would highly recommend this Air BB for anyone, especially someone seeking a quiet and cozy space that’s just a short walk from the center park of the city ( Rittenhouse Park).
