It really exceeded our expectations. The cottage was equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. it was clean, loved the private little patio we had, and the views were spectacular, couldn’t get enough of it. Shannon was very responsive when we had a question, and the owner, Misty came over to say hi and was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We will definitely be back.

What a great little place in Brookings. It’s continently located close to Harbor. Shannon was a superb host and the place was exactly as described.

We only stayed one night on the way up the coast on our roadtrip. Everything about the rental was as advertised. Incredible snack basket and beverages were there for our enjoyment,at no extra cost. Check in was easy and checkout had no To Do lists. This rental is private on a beautiful property. You can walk easily over to the side of the Main house on the property and get an amazing view of the ocean and beach below. There is a great parking spot,with easy load in, a very private patio with a BBQ,and patio chairs and table. The kitchen in this rental is well thought out,with everything one needs to prepare food. There is a full size fridge (YAY), and even a stacking washer dryer for longer stays. Internet was fast. I am short, so the bed was a bit tall for me, but once I climbed in (LOL) it was so comfortable.~ We will return for a longer stay next time. Thanks again.~ Karen and Drew

My wife and I stayed a week, and had zero complaints. Total privacy. Totally stocked kitchen, and fridge. Probably better stocked than mine tbh. Easily the most relaxing, stress free stay we’ve ever had. The champagne was the cherry on top. Ending the night with drinks instead of tedious trips to the store for odds and ends makes a big difference. 10/10 Nest level.
