Everything was great, but the check in. The door code would not work and we could not get anyone to answer the phone. Finally had a response about 30 minutes later and got in the place. Everything else was great.

This was a great place for our small family! Close to the lifts, grocery story, coffee house, and restaurants.

This was a GREAT location!! So close to the lift. Also Red River has a free shuttle service to take you anywhere in town. Located right downtown, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and skiing. I would stay at Pioneer Lodge again. Not huge but my family of four stayed comfortably...think of it like a hotel room size that typically has two queen beds and you won't be disappointed. Martin answered all text communication quickly. For clean towels each day, just place dirty towels in the towel basket and place outside your door and clean towels are replenished. The hot tub room code was a little tricky to use but we eventually got the hang of it and was so nice to have a warm soak at the end of a long day of skiing. We walked to dinner each night, never farther than a 5 minute walk. We are at Red River Brewery Company, Dairy Bar and Main Street Pizzeria...all great service!
