This is a wonderfully situated, private, simple and easy little studio apartment right next to the beach, restaurants and main attractions road. Plus, it is also 10 or so minutes from the airport, which is also great! It totally fit the bill for what, some small aesthetic tweaks could be made to elevate it further, but I would definitely recommend as a beach side base ☀️ Anna Maria was lovely, very communicative and helpful during my stay. My arriving flight was extremely delayed so she kindly picked me up, and for ease dropped me off at the airport at the end of my trip matching a taxi hire. I would walk 30 seconds to the sandy beach to swim and watch the sun rise - nothing better x

Il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di Annamaria è stato piacevole, lei è un’host estremamente gentile, accogliente e disponibile ad aiutare in qualunque momento. La casa si trova a veramente 2 passi dal mare e nonostante si trovi a Laganas è in una zona tranquilla e riparata, lontana dalla movida notturna. Appartamento piccolo ma pulito e con tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo!

Het appartement is klein, maar fijn. Je zit echt direct aan het strand en de supermarkt is om te hoek. De hostess was enorm vriendelijk en we voelden ons dan ook direct helemaal thuis. Ze was altijd direct bereikbaar voor vragen/problemen en ze heeft goede connecties voor als je een vervoersmiddel wilt huren op het eiland.

The location of this place was awesome, steps away from the beach. Annamaria is also very helpful and even gave us a ride to the bus station at the end of our trip. The one thing that I would say is that the bathroom could use more ventilation as it was a bit wet.
