Debbi was a great host, I felt right at home. Communication was seamless. I had my private space and it was a perfect room for a long term travel job.

I had a wonderful stay with Keith and Debbi. The hospitality was second to none and my room was bright and comfortable with space for my belongings. The house is well kept. The kitchen fully equipped. I enjoyed preparing my meals there. Most of all I enjoyed my conversations with my hosts and their family and walking their dog Seylah.

This was a very good situation to live for an extended period of time. A comfortable home in a relatively safe neighborhood of Albuquerque with close proximity to a lot of services. There are plenty of friendly neighbors to chat with. I chose this Airbnb for the price and from what I read in the reviews. In this regard, my comments add some additional insight. The Queen Suite is a very good value, yet, the cost is commensurate with what is provided. The bedspread (not the one in the photo) and sheets are stained and coming unraveled. The bed itself is satisfactory though not luxurious, and there is a slight odor in the room that exists. Nothing major but it is there. The walls seem "thin" and the wood floor squeaks so that the comings and goings of the King Suite occupant are apparent. When I was on the same relative work schedule as others then this wasn't an issue but that brings up the reality that there are other guests in the same house. Some good and some not so good. The refrigerator situation was a challenge. There is a half size fridge (noisy) in each room and a large one in the kitchen that is largely for the owners. This makes cooking, from the small one in my room, difficult. At one point there were six people trying to use the same area to cook. Ultimately, I ate out more due to cooking, refrigeration, and counter space. The owners have a very big, young dog that is still being trained. There is a lot of yelling correction in this process and the pup is smelly and sheds an incredible amount. I'm not particularly a dog fan so the bias is my issue. Debbi and Keith are personable, energetic people who diligently practice their religious and political beliefs. They were extremely gracious in letting me make storage and time adjustments during my stay. I can easily recommend this as a place to stay but it seems important to know what exists from my perception.
