Wir buchten diese Unterkunft für ein paar Tage mit 7 unsern Nichten u Neffen und waren einfach überwältigt. Die Bilder können die Schönheit dieser Unterkunft nicht wiedergeben. Da wir am Wochenende auf einer Hochzeit waren, hatten wir noch div. Gäste die sich ebenso erfreuten am ganzen Haus und vorallem dem riiisigen Garten. Tennis, Ping pong, Boccia und auch das Baden im zwar noch kalten Wasser anfang April, haben riiesig spass gemacht. Das Wetter hat sich von der besten Seite gezeigt und damit div. Bluemen und Blätter im wunderbar gepflegten Garten hervorgelockt:-) Es hatte alles was man benötigt im Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Da es um diese Jahreszeit am morgen und Abend noch kühler war, haben wir das Feuer gefeiert im Kamin. Tausend Dank Cesare. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The staff that maintain the grounds and home were efficient and friendly. The view was more spectacular than expected. The pool larger, clean and fresh - inviting. We played pickleball and tennis on a great court 'with a view'. Cesare gave us local contacts that helped us get around. Cesare checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy, but was not intrusive. It was a magical week in a truly comfortable 'home away from home'.

The most unbelievably beautiful place!! Cesare keeps his place pristine. We had EVERYTHING we needed and he even helped us get reservations for rafting and the Perugina chocolate tour. Great recommendations for restaurants. Fixed the a/c and internet immediately when there was a very brief outage. I would recommend staying here again and again. 110 stars! Amazing. Worth every penny…🤩 Thank you for the amazing memories!! This place is not to be missed. We spent a month in Italy at three different villas and this by far was THE best!!

Our stay in Orvieto was truly magical! Cesare is an incredible host - very responsive to our questions and helpful to our multi-generational group. The A/C in one of our rooms went out and it was fixed the same day. He helped us arrange two dinners at the house. We felt he went above and beyond consistently. We enjoyed the ease of exploring Orvieto and its surrounding areas. The house was very clean and comfortable as well as well-stocked. The outdoor patio and dining area was a great gathering spot. The grounds were wonderful to explore, the gardens beautifully maintained and we spent many happy moments in the pool. Even in the depths of a heat wave in Italy, we managed to stay comfortable. I hope that we can return in the future. Thank you, Cesare!
