LKN Daze offers 2 paddleboards, life jackets, floats, coolers, & beach towels. The lake awaits at this quiet 1200 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath vacation home. Situated right across the street from the lake, LKN Daze offers the perfect home base for an unforgettable retreat with loved ones. The location could not get any better. 3 minutes away there are restaurants/bars, a Publix grocery store, BP gas station, Dunkin’ Donuts, & The General Store. If you are in the mood to shop until you drop, Mooresville is conveniently less than 8 miles away. The Landing Restaurant (1 mile away), The Blue Parrott, Toucans, & Apps n Taps (6 miles away) are located right on the water and are some awesome places to visit! They offer a full bar & menu, tiki bar, live music, water views, beach area with corn hole, trivia, & you can get there either by boat or land. The Landing has a boat ramp with a fee to launch with parking. There are also public boat ramps close by off Hwy 150. Some other restaurants/bars right up the road are Joeys (sports bar & grill), Linebergers Steakhouse (they have an awesome salad bar), Los Mesquites Mexican grill, & Boss Hog BBQ. Lake Norman Daze offers 2 paddle boards, floats, beach towels, & coolers for your use. There is even lake access with a dock for water activities. It is located three houses down. ***Please see policies below & guest access for instructions*** Lake Norman is known for great bass fishing & tournaments year round. It is also the largest man made lake in NC. You may bring your own boat to launch at any of the public boat ramps. We can also help connect you with great local companies to rent a boat, jet skis, & fishing guides. This well stocked home offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation or a change of scenery for remote work. The home is equipped with high speed internet & a versatile work space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal. There even is an outdoor propane grill. Enjoy your meal on the front porch with a lake view! ***Please refrain from frying fish in house*** The home has 3 bedrooms: Master- king Guest- queen Guest- 2 twins While we want all of our guest to have a great time, a quick reminder on the standard policies on this property: - No events/parties a $500 fine will be assessed if evidence of an event or a large gathering is found. - No smoking - This property is NOT pet friendly - Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times by staying on the property & observing noise restrictions between 11:00 PM and 8:00AM. - The property is best suited for 6 adults, or 2 adults 4 children, or 4 adults & 2 children. - Daytime maximum number of guest should not exceed the number of guest confirmed in the booking. - If evidence of pets, smoking, or unapproved guest are found there will be a $500 fine assessed. - Please note that the community lake access is for the neighborhood and not to be misused or trashed. DO NOT RUIN IT FOR OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS OR IT WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR USE. - Please try not to wear shoes on carpet or heels on laminate flooring. Thank you for your understanding.
