The 4th floor walk-up has gorgeous views of Kensington Gardens. Just a walk to Hyde Park was the perfect location. John was so responsive when we needed his help to access a second set of keys. I’d highly recommend this flat - great location and very affordable for London.

Nice appartement, very well equipped. Easy access to metros. Communication with John is smooth. I recommend it and will be back.

John was very responsive, answered a lot of our questions. There were some converters there for use which was great. It is a great location between two tube lines. It is easy to find, but agree w previous posts about the stairs. It’s many flights of stairs, 8 I think, which was a bit brutal w 4 large suitcases. My husband pulled a muscle in his neck :-/ It is spacious, great for family of 4. The bathroom is very small with little space for belongings so we used the living room for doing hair/make up. The portable AC units worked well. It wasn’t overly warm when we were there but they worked when we needed them. Bed and pillows were comfy. There was outside noise when windows were open but since it’s a higher floor it wasn’t an issue (and we were so tired by the end of the day nothing could keep us up I don’t think). Great location and amenities. John was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is close to Hyde Park with many sites like Diana Memorial Playground and Fountain. Of course it’s mentioned in the listing - the apartment is a fourth floor walk up with many stairs if that’s a challenge for someone in your group. Also, you will need to do some child proofing if you have an active toddler to keep the nice glassware and bottles safe.
