Great location and was easy to find. The AC in the room is great as it’s so hot! Was a lovely stay. I Recommend Segundo’s place, and he’s a great host.

Everything went super easy. We booked spontaneously. The flat was a bit smaller than expected but good enough. The flat was clean and right next to the center of Miraflores

Pros: Great location easy 10 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. Restaurants in walking distance. Massage (starting at 50 soles per hr) and protein shop around the corner. I was worried about other reviews talking about the noises in the room. You can hear people but for the most part it was peaceful & quiet inside. Internet works and ac works very well. Bed was super comfortable & clean. Nice furniture & mini fridge in room. Shower works well. Cons: not flexible with check in or check out. There are homeless people sleeping outside the building. There was loud music playing while I was checking out. It took over 4 hours to get me the key 2 my room & I checked in after check in time. Pillows are overstuffed which made them hard to use without waking up with stiff neck. Overall, it’s a great room for a very good price considering ac works well & the room is super clean & you’re a quick walk to the plaza. I would definitely stay here again.
