It was an amazing week. The place is perfectly located within walking distance from the lifts to the Belvedere and Champac. The apartment is as beautiful as it appears in the images. Valentino was great, always available and ready to help. We will come back next year. I definitely recommend it.

A lovely apartment, a short walk from gondola and cable-car. Restaurants and shops are also nearby, making it easy to avoid use of a car during the stay. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment we needed. Many of the furnishings were hand-decorated beautifully by Valentino (the proprietor). It was helpful to have a parking space in the garage and a private ski equipment storage room in the basement. We would be happy to stay here again.

Really good location very close to two different lifts. Close to two different small supermarket. Several restaurants in the area as well. The apartment is small but well equipped. We missed the possibility to dry our wet clothes like socks and gloves since the towel dryer was connected to the central heating and couldn’t be steered separately. The apartment was clean expect from the floor where there was a lot of dog hair. The stairs leading down to the basement and the ski room including the basement was very dirty and was never cleaned during our stay. It takes down the overall perception of the house and facilities. Overall we are very happy with our stay in Alba.

We stayed for our skiing holiday and Valentino’s place is ideal for it. We could ski down almost straight to the apartment, take our dog for a walk, and get back on the slopes with no time lost. If Sella Ronda becomes too busy during the high season, there is a second lift, equally in front of the apartment, to a much less crowded area on the opposite side. Groceries and a few restaurants are next door, but the area is very peaceful in the evening. Also inside, a very comfortable place for a couple or a small family. It was great to have a private easily accessible ski storage with heating for the ski boots. The apartment includes an underground garage as well. However, one needs to be very careful while entering and leaving it, especially if driving a bigger car or one with a lower clearance. Towels are not provided, so don’t forget to bring your own.

El apartamento esta muy bien, eramos 2 adultos y 2 niños y estuvimos bien. Está al lado de los remontes y es muy accesible. Tiene garaje para el coche que hace que este resguardado. Lo que no me gusto fue la temperatura del salón, le faltaba un par de grados más, aunque el termostato marcaba una temperatura comoda, ésta no era la real en el salón y no se podía controlar, aún así se podía estar. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que me dieron las sabanas en una agencia y tuve que hacer yo musmo la cama. Me cobraron 60€ de limpieza a parte de lo que había pagado en Airbnb. Si tuviera lavavajillas el apartamento sería mucho mejor y el guarda esquies si estuviera mas limpio y acogedor tambien sería mucho mejor. Repetiría sin duda y lo aconsejo 100% incluso con las cosascque no me han gustado. Valentino está muy atento a lasbpreguntas y contesta muy rápido, siempre disponible.
