the place was very neat and tidy. the host is very responsive. the flat is very close to metro station and it's within a residential area so i feel really safe. i'd recommend that place for the ones especially in search for a secure and quiet place

The place was situated in a great area within walking distance of everything needed, as well as a few of London's musts.

The location was perfect. Plenty to do within walking distance and Aldgate East tube station was less than 10 mins walk. Felt really safe there. Check in was smooth in that we were given good instructions on how to access the key however it was a little tricky finding the entrance to the building. The apartment was clean and minimalist. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable unfortunately. It was also covered in water stains which was disappointing as the trip was a birthday surprise. I understand it wasn’t dirty and wasn’t helped by the material the sofa was made of. All kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc were very clean…however the apartment lacked basics we’re used to such as oil, salt and pepper etc. This meant that everything had to be purchased. Something to consider if you’re using these apartments. The bed was super comfortable and gave a really good nights sleep however the blinds were quite far away from the window it got light very early. Would certainly use again.

Nice, light and warm appartment. Great bed. Nice quarter with restaurants and shops. Close to public transport. Not all pictures were of the appartment and I was only told because I asked myself - a bit misleading. Also furniture eg sofa and chairs had seen better days. Cleaning could have been a little better - in the freezer was left old open icecream and some surfaces were dusty. But overall there was what I needed and I enjoyed my stay.

The place was clean and spotless when checking in. Communication was thorough and informative. Had no issues whatsoever. Location was great, we were close to the tube and there are tons of new cafes, bars, restaurants right underneath the apartment complex. Super quiet at night as well, good security.
