We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful and lovingly furnished villa. The garden and pool were very well maintained and there were many cozy outdoor areas. The housekeeper was available within 10 minutes if we had any questions and was extremely friendly and quick to help us. Since we have already rented several properties on Mallorca, we were particularly happy that the electric entrance gate worked optimally at all times and that the air conditioning also worked perfectly. We are happy to recommend this accommodation!

We had an incredible stay in Mallorca and at Daniel’s place. The villa is exactly as described and the amenities were perfect for my little ones (4 and 1). The grounds are beautiful and the pool was used every day! My elderly father traveled with us and wasn’t comfortable without something to hold onto on the showers. We reached out to Matilda, the local contact, and she came that night to install a shower holder for him. The owner and Matilda were incredibly responsive and the local guide was incredibly helpful for our stay. The location is pretty central to both the mountains and Palma which was really nice since we have a bunch of activities planned across the island.

The villa is absolutely beautiful! We were a family of 6 with a small child and the villa was absolutely perfect in every way. Beds were very comfy and the pool was perfect. A large drive to park both of our cars and it’s on a quiet, peaceful street, but only a 20 minute drive into the centre of Palma so a fabulous location. Daniel the host was very responsive, and Mathilda the housekeeper also very helpful and quick to respond any questions. I can’t recommend it enough!

Just enjoyed a lovely two week stay with our family (4ppl). The housekeeper, Mathilda, was extremely responsive to a couple of issues we encountered and we really appreciated this. It was very hot (37 degrees) for the two weeks so the fact that all rooms had great AC was paramount. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Wir waren 11 Tage in dem Haus. Was wichtig ist zu wissen: in direkter Nachbarschaft wird ein großes Haus vermietet. Dieses ist so gebaut, dass man unmittelbar Gespräche und Musik mitbekommt. Je nach Stimmungslage der Urlauber dort, kann es schon mal lauter werden. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern, benötigt an einigen Stellen allerdings Reparaturen und Reinigungen und wirkt nicht mehr ganz so frisch und in Szene gesetzt, wie auf den Bildern. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sachlich und organisatorisch bemüht. Arbeiter und Handwerker überraschten mit ihren Besuchen, obwohl wir darum baten, uns vorab über die Zeiten zu informieren. Beanstandungen, wie z. B. zwei mit Kerzenwachs verschmierte Liegen (wer macht sowas?) wurden mit einem „Sorry“ zur Kenntnis genommen, doch nicht beseitigt. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Es gab frisches Obst. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse, von der wir allabendlich den Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen und den Meerblick genießen konnten.
