The beach views from this home are awesome. The home is comfortable and has awesome views from most rooms. The hot tub and sauna are excellent amenities when coming in from the Atlantic ocean.

The place is beautiful! Just steps down to the beach and a great location. Just right down the street a couple of miles to Daytona with restaurants and such. But also far enough away that it’s quite. We went in September and only saw a handful of people on the beach at any given time, it was great. We happened to get this rental for half price. It said it’s normally over $600 a night. I’m not sure that I would pay that. It doesn’t sleep enough people to be worth that. I looked at some other homes around for the same price and they sleep many more. Some things to keep in mind - don’t sit in the blue cushion chairs outside. They are falling apart and the cushions have bleach in them. I sat in one and got up with the entire back of my outfit bleached. -there are plenty of supplies left from previous guests that help a ton! There were boogie boards, sand castle buckets, chairs, floats, sand shovels, and we left a large umbrella. So before you buy supplies for the beach, check what is already there. -keep your food sealed up, we had some ants -wear shoes down to the beach. At the bottom there are some bushes that produce bundles of thorns that you will step on in the walkway.

A beautiful home to stay in with friends or family for a weekend getaway at the beach! Very roomy and comfortable with plenty of extra amenities…the hot tub and sauna were a great plus!! Evolve and the owner of the home did a great job taking care of us. I feel comfortable recommending any AirBnB listed under this company.

This has been our yearly family vacation. We love the house and location. Not only did the price almost triple this year, but there were numerous ant piles in the downstairs bedroom and small ants in several areas of the kitchen. I reached out to “evolve” only to be told to contact the host. I called the host and left a voicemail. No call back.
