Was extremely annoyed and disappointed that this hotel did not communicate via the AirBNB website. They did not respond to a request to check in early and tried to charge a $200 bond on arrival. They also refused to handover the keys to the apartment unless we provided credit card details. They did not follow the AirBnB rules and did not stipulate this on their profile. The place was quite good to stay at. Good location and comfy bed. But was extremely let down by the atrocious service.

We had a lovely stay at the View, I loved the antique look and everything was clean and tidy. The staff is amazing, they did everything to accommodate us and they were always super friendly. We just really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone, and we'll definitely come back! Thank you for everything

Spent eight nights with 2 of my kids at View Brisbane. Excellent location, everything is easily accessible. The hotel staff is amiable and approachable. Buffet breakfast had an amazing selection and was well worth it. I will definitely stay again!
