Enjoyed a wonderful few days in a beautiful location for our family with two young girls! The pool is in walking distance from condo which was great for snack runs! I would recommend this for anyone looking to have some “ downtime” If it wasn’t for the heavy winds… this trip would have been perfect! We will certainly return again!

I hate to give a low review as the unit is partially updated and overall comfortable. Nice views from the patio and loved the PGA West neighborhood. However, we had a big issue with cockroaches. From the moment we arrived, we saw roaches crawling all over kitchen sink, counters, floor, drawers. Tiny ones that almost look like ants, medium size ones and even one of those huge ones. We contacted Sabrina right away and she was responsive and arranged for pest control on our third day (second day was Easter). Unfortunately, it didn’t really help much. They couldn’t do a full treatment because we were there and had food around, etc. I realize this was somewhat out of their control, but it really put a damper on our trip. There has not been any kind of refund offered for this issue.

A very lovely place to stay. I would love to have had cotton bedding, but not a big deal. Everything else was great. Only other issue was windows needed cleaning although it had been stormy before I arrived. (Probably timing )Very pleased and will rent again. Thank you

Had a great stay at Sabrina's place, it's located in a private gated community in the PGA West complex in a quiet neighborhood. Old Town La Quinta is a short drive away and other shopping is also relatively close. We also enjoyed using the bikes! Hope to come back next time we're in the area.
