Eileen’s condo was great! Literally one block from a beautiful beach with lifeguards. A pool and hot tub in the complex and a very large front deck area to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. She thought of everything from ice chest to beach umbrellas and boogie boards. The condo is small but makes great use of the space with a bedroom plus a couch that makes into a full or possibly a queen size bed and also one twin bed in the hall next to the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The condo was clean and the instructions to get in were very clear. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this little condo. The patio area was just perfect and it fit our little family well. Our girls loved having access to a pool in addition to the beach being a block away. We were impressed with how clean it was and honestly it was one of our best air bnb experiences.

Such a cute and relaxing spot. The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire place was pristine. Really felt like home. Also fell in love with Carpenteria. Will be back again. Shoutout to Eileen!

Eileen is an excellent host. Her updated condo was very clean and well appointed. The bedroom was quite comfortable. We slept 10 hours instead of the usual 7 hours which was great. walking to the beach and into town for meals was delightful! We hope to return.
