5 stars all-round. You can't get more central than this. Very nice house with everything you need. An unusual house layout as other reviewers have tried to explain. It's a 2-storey townhouse with floors in between. Definitely NOT good for small kids or the elderly (small kids could easily get between gaps on the edge of floating stairs and fall 2 stories). I thought a "hot tub" was something that might be outside and have room for more than 2 people (this is a short bath under a shower but the bath has jets - fair enough, it's still a tub that would be hot with hot water in it) My own minor winge would be that the 1st floor bedroom has 4 small windows that all have blinds but they don't fit very well (1cm gaps all the way around). There's a street light immediately outside so if you prefer a dark room the light coming in might annoy you (put it this way, you can easily see where you're going if you need to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night)

The stay was ok, the shower water was good, but the sink water was very slow, and the beds were very comfortable, but I could not find a bed side light for the bedroom on the top floor. The unit was not very clean the floors and fly screens were dusty, the couch downstairs was very dirty, when we used a wet wipe on the couch it came away black with dirt. The bathroom is very small and with one toilet very inconvenient when you have guests. The unit having five levels is not very good for access with bedroom 1 on the fourth floor and bedroom two on the fifth floor. Stairs felt very dangerous with so much openness when using and the unit is not recommended for anyone with small children. The unit is very open between levels and does not give any privacy between floors. The unit is very local to all amenities.

Great location and lovely apartment. Take it easy on the stairs if with young kids! But otherwise a lovey place, convenient for the beach, shops and children’s playground.
