This is our second time back and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and just had a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day this weekend. Thank you Amy for having us back!

This place was quaint, peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed the beautiful birds and the peaceful sounds of nature. Also, I loved how clean the house was. Everything was nice and tidy, cozy with a lot of character. Amy was very responsive, helpful and gave clear directions. Mulberry farms certainly served its purpose and then some. I love the charm this house had. Thus far, this has been my favorite Airbnb stay! Thank you so much for opening your cute cozy home to myself and family. A sense of peace was felt by all as we walked through the doors. We felt at home, safe & comfortable as we were in town for a wedding!! As someone who has traveled many places I definitely recommend mulberry farms and I would absolutely trust saying at any place that Amy is affiliated with! Thank you for the superb hospitality!

The house is a great spot in the country to get away from it all. It’s pretty close the Beaver Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Just make sure to bring your own food and fill up! That’s part of the charm, though- not being so close to everything else. Highly recommend.

Mulberry acres is a great place to stay in Smithville away from the hustle and bustle of Broken Bow, OK. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our pet as he had plenty of room to run around in the backyard. The ambience is quaint. We probably didn't read the instructions carefully but the house does not have central heating or cooling but they have window AC units and gas heaters which kept the house warm. Thankfully the weather was not too cold. The amenities and services were very good. Amy was very responsive. Would love to come back!

We had a good stay. This is a very old home. But has a nice peaceful charm about it. The house was overall clean and Amy was excellent with communication. The lot is beautiful, and has a nice fire pit to relax.
