The place itself and location were great. There are cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A lot of night life as well. The amenities were nice and the apartment was well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. However, parking was expensive. Additionally, the "host" (company) was extremely impersonal. Instructions were generic for all properties the company owned instead of specific and up to date for our specific location. All help was via a chat that was slow and not always accurate. (For example, I asked for support for switching the central air conditioning to heat, since the place was cold. The people on chat told me to locate the thermostat in the bathroom. The thermostat was in the hallway. They told me I was wrong and didn't answer my question about how to navigate/adjust the Nest thermostat . I managed to figure it out myself, but it was frustrating to not get support for something so simple.)

Place was great! Kitchen was well equipped. There was lint and dust looked like from a duster all over the bed. Stains on all the pillows and on mattress. I choose to wash the sheets and was nice that detergent was provided. Definitely needed to be sweep as well. Bathroom was clean and had shampoo conditioner and body wash it was all nice quality also had a nice deep tub. Overall I was pretty happy with my stay navigation to the apartment was a little confusing but other then that I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again with the price!!!

The Airbnb is listed as though it is in a classy quaint neighborhood. However, trash was piled up in the front entrance floor, drug needles were on the side walk, and the Airbnb was not clean. When we went to cook dinner the silverware had dried up food cakes onto it. The rug was stained and filthy with crusted up food and crumps. Looked like spaghetti meat. We like to always wash the sheets before we sleep in them, so when we removed them from the mattress there was a big brown stain on the mattress pad. (What looked like puke). When we opened the washing machine it smelt like rotten fish. They did send someone to clean while we were staying there. We were out when the person came. When we returned nothing looked different or cleaner for that matter. I was disappointed for our stay.
