Guesthouses is a locally owned and operated short-term rental company based in Charlottesville, Va. We currently manage over 60 unique listings ranging from entire homes cottages and apartments to boutique hotel rooms throughout the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle/Nelson area. Our goal is to provide quality accommodations in great locations and ensure you have a seamless stay that will make lasting memories. Feel free to inquire about other properties in our portfolio if the one you are interested in is not available! We are also happy to assist in arranging multiple properties for larger groups. First established in 1976 - you could say we are the original "Hosts" of Charlottesville :) Though our company has evolved over the years alongside the latest trends and offerings of the vacation rental industry - we maintain the same values as the original owners who started this business in 1976 - provide quality service and accommodations in excellent locations so that our guests may experience a true taste of Charlottesville.
