I stayed here for a month. The property was just as described. It's a beautiful area in Putney and easy to get around. Also, check in was easy as was communication with the host who is very proactive. I didn't have any issues whilst I was there and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Shay was a responsive and helpful host. She provided the place with a clean and new linen when requested and helped when the drain in the shower was slow to go down. Quiet and slow area - good for chilling out

Our stay at Shay's place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook small meals and breakfasts. The property is a half-hour walk from the underground station, and the bus was unreliable. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood.

We loved staying at Shay’s place! The apartment is small, but comfortable, with a nice kitchen and provided everything that we needed for our one-week stay. Shay is a great host, she was very quick to respond to all of our requests and did her best to make us feel right at home- very friendly and professional. Can definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again during our future trips to London!

Shay is a friendly host and kept in contact throughout our stay. The apartment is smaller than I had hoped but though small, everything was there. The heating and bathroom were very good, the kitchen well equipped and the bed was comfortable, with two mattresses. During our stay the Internet connection broke down. Shay sought to solve the problems but the Internet providers let her down, which was a shame.
