A nice spot to relax out of the city. Shame it rained the whole time we were there so didn’t we get the chance to enjoy the outdoor space but our kids had fun patting the horses and cats regardless. The retro spa pool/bath is also a bit of fun. The home will be lovely when the kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Future guests should also be aware to bring along matches/lighter (and wood) if they want to enjoy the fires since these are not provided.

Mountain Valley is a great escape. Close enough to home and yet feels a whole world away. Wine tastings, fairs, horseback riding, rodeo, concert, skeet/clay, and antiquing! All in one weekend. The staff was like family. The animals were beautiful and superbly maintained. Peace & Quiet- with incredible adventures, only steps away!
