'The Old Bakery' is a beautiful 4 Bedroomed Country House (with an additional detached Guest Cottage by the pool available at a supplement) and as the name implies was the bakery which served the pretty hamlet of Katavolos for many years. Set in the Olive Groves overlooking Nissaki it has been restored and converted into a stunning home for it's British owner. The house sleeping 8 guests in four bedrooms is a combination of old and new, from it's flagged floors, 1m thick walls & low ceilings to the bright & airy additional section of the house constructed some years later including it's brand new state of the Art shower room with dual shower. The flagged floors give a cool feel to the house and the views from the pretty windows look like a painting and are simply stunning. During the hotter months, afternoons can be spent in the shade of the covered veranda which spans the rear of the house. From here you can also spend your evenings eating from the huge heavy wooden table or sit relaxing on the wicker sofa's. If sun and swimming is your forte, you will be blown away by the sheer beauty of the pool area below the house. The large 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by flagged patios and an abundance of tropical foliage. The whole area is completely private and enjoys spectacular views down the valley to the azure sea below. There are quality wicker Sun loungers under the covered pergola providing welcome shade from the heat of the afternoon. By the pool is the Guest Cottage Suite increasing the guest occupancy to 10 (Supplement €95.00 per night is payable 8 weeks before arrival) with double bed & ensuite shower room. Please inform us at the time of booking whether you require this cottage, otherwise the rate of the villa does only include 8 guests The cottage is not rented separately and will remain locked during your stay.

An incredible villa, featuring a traditional exterior and beautiful modern interior, an amazing vista with lovely pool and including an absolutely stunning view of the bay. Everything we needed was there for cooking and enjoying Corfiot island life and more, the games cupboard was great and the aircon in all the rooms was a plus at nights in the heat of August. Aphrodite’s fantastic little food supermarket at the foot of the hill was so handy (try her homemade tsatsiki), also the bakery (baklava is awesome) and Vitamines tavernas. Car needed to visit further away but the coastline is unspoilt and idyllic so this villa was a great base for exploring it all. Thanks to the Prestige team, owners and all the friendly house & pool keepers for all their generosity + great service. We’ve had the best holiday!
Stunning location with views across the coastline and over to Albania. The villa is really well set up for a family holiday with an extensive outdoor living space off the kitchen and living room and then a great pool terrace one level down - all with great views - glorious sunshine throughout the day but with good shade. The road up to the villa is steep and winding so recommend an automatic car if you are not one for hill starts! Worth it for the location though. Aphrodite's Supermarket at the bottom of the road was great for supplies and could arrange fresh meet and fish with a days notice. Also recommend the bakery next door for baklava and breakfast items. Lots of great coves and beaches to explore within a short drive - whether you are looking for a beach club and water sports or a quiet cove with turquoise water and a seafood taverna. Highly recommend Taverva Thallasso at Kamanaki and also Taverna Vitamins on the main road at the bottom of the hill - great views.

Beautiful villa high up in the hills over Nissaki. The villa is a second home not just a rental and this shows in the quality of the furnishings eg comfy sprung mattresses; great kitchen appliances; everything you could want. The terrace is a fantastic living space and the pool is high end. Prestige Villas provided a great service eg shopping delivery unpacked ready for arrival; personal chef recommendations; pool cleaned every other day. Our only comment is that the road up to the villa is a typical Corfu steep and winding mountain road - not for nervous drivers. Thank you !
This house is beautiful! Wonderful setting (be aware you need a car to get anywhere, and a small one as the roads are narrow!). The views are out of this world and the interior was very comfortable and modern!

This quiet place on the northeast coast of Corfu is laid out around a trio of coves, with sweeping views over to Albania. Nissaki comes with a clutch of shops and restaurants, and spreads up into the pine-covered foothills of Mount Pantokrator, Corfu’s highest peak. You’ll find some premium hiking trails if you can drag yourself away from the village’s old-world charm and relaxed beach.
The narrow, horseshoe-shaped main beach is made up of white pebbles shelving gently into clear waters. You’ll always find a spot here, even at the busiest times, and there are plenty of sunloungers and parasols to rent. If you’re feeling adventurous you can snorkel around the nearby coves, or hire a boat to explore them.
A car is recommended for this property. Behind the village, there are paths leading through the cypress-covered sides of Mount Pandokator – you could pack a picnic and wander off for the day. The 220-kilometre-long Corfu Trail, which winds around the island, passes through the valley behind Nissaki – you’ll get a stunning sea view if you head out along the steep coastal path towards the rocky coves of Katavolos.

Prestige Villa Management evolved from owning a holiday villa on the island of Corfu some years ago, and in those days it was difficult to find anybody to look after the house in our absence. Prestige Villas of Corfu (Management) is one of the islands largest Villa Management Companies offering a comprehensive service including Housekeeping, Laundry Services, Key Holder, Pool & Garden Maintenance to full renovations, villa construction and project management. Our Villa Rental company was born in 2008 following a small number of our owners asking us for advice on renting and marketing their villas. We now have a portfolio of almost one hundred villas and growing stronger by the day. Jane has over thirty eight years experience in the Travel Industry and Corfu has been her passion for most of them, she had previously been a Director of one of Cheshire’s largest retail Travel Agents for twenty years. Chris has more than twenty seven years knowledge of the island and it’s properties, having been involved with luxury villas since 1994. Between us we have three children, Andreas, Annabelle & Mikey as well as a menagerie of animals. Annabelle who is based on the island now heads the Corfu office, being fluent in Greek and with her knowledge of all our properties she has become an invaluable member of the company.
