L’appartement est idéalement placé, proche des quartiers commerçants et des nombreux restaurants du centre historique de Toulouse, tout en étant situé dans un quartier calme, propice au repos. Il est lumineux, bien équipé, moderne et propre, idéal pour un séjour familial ou professionnel, court ou long dans la ville rose. Ketty et Michael sont d’adorables hôtes, accueillants, réactifs et toujours disponibles. Ils méritent leurs 5 étoiles. Je les recommande et recommande leur appartement.

We stayed here for five weeks and the place was alright. It is as in the pictures. Pretty comfortable and functional. That being said, it is located by a very busy intersection so it’s very loud and impossible to park if you have a car. The neighbors are equally loud. The place was also very hot at night and by the day but we couldn’t open the windows because of the noise from the traffic. We had to wait for almost 3 weeks for an extra fan the hosts had said to provide us with. We lived with the blinds down most of the time because the sun was too hot in the afternoon and evening. Some listed amenities were missing that were later provided. The hallway and entry door were usually crowded with trash bins and bikes which was uncomfortable for passage with luggage and stroller alike. We had a leak from the neighbor upstairs which we actually helped address along with other issues in the place, equally uncool when you are here for the month and spend so much on the place unlike other renters who could have gotten such a place for 600 bucks / month which is what it’s worth and no more. A piece of the floor in the middle of the kitchen was loose / broken which we tripped over for the entire month, and was especially dangerous for our 10 month old. When asking multiple times if it could be fixed, we were told it wasn’t possible because the ‘artisan’ was on vacation. The hosts respond when they can, sometimes they forgot and the hostess mentioned in her voicemail that it’s not necessary to leave a message because she won’t listen to it. The host came to greet us and to do the check out basically to have us mention what should be fixed and improved in his place, not super professional in all we should say, but anyway. Probably fine for a weekend (but mind you there is a nightclub right downstairs!) and for young and childless couples. The location besides the noise of traffic from the busy avenue is 15mn walking distance from the heart of the city so that’s not bad, grocery store nearby along with the train station.
