What a wonderful room and Airbnb. And it's exactly how it's described in the ad. The room is small and quaint but very comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood has access to multiple grocery stores, coffee shops etc. Easy access to the Metro line as well.

Awesome stay for a solo traveler! I was in town for the eclipse and ended up visiting both Toronto and Cleveland. This made a perfect central home base and had everything I needed while still helping me stick to my budget. Excellent outdoor trail right nearby if you like to run, walk, or cycle. The room itself is compact but has everything you need. The bathroom is modern and well-supplied. I will look for this Airbnb again the next time I am in upstate NY!

Jann's place is excellent! Check in was seamless. The house is spotless, and has everything you'll need. The room was sufficient for 1 traveler, clean sheets and blankets. The kitchen has everything you need to do light cooking. The cohost - Ben is such a sweet and helpful young man and was able to help me out with everything that I need. The place is walkable going to restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. It's near the Buffalo rails and trails where you can do your morning walks or morning runs(which I love). Jann is the dream host you'll ever want ❤️ Overall, my stay was excellent!! I would recommend and would book over and over again.

No Frills place what you see is what you get. Super clean. Only demerit would be the bed isn’t most comfortable and I thought the room was too cold at night. She did provide extra blankets but maybe I am also visiting from Texas and not use to the cold anymore.
