Convenient apartment on the upper floor of an apartment building in Santa Ana. Many restaurant options in the afternoon and evening and plenty of activity. The surrounding kilometer is very secure. The apartment is spacious with a straight view in the Las Peñas barrio. Seating is provided by comfortable futons and several very tall barstools. If you are cooking some basic things there is a small electric kitchen range and a full refrigerator. For sleeping there are two full beds and a single. Hot water works well from a tankless unit and can be adjusted. There is a small gym with a River view one story above the apartment that has treadmills and some weight equipment. There is a small pool outside the gym.
