A nice villa, only short driving distance to super markets. A bit expensive on the electricity bill, and it’s a minus that you can only operate one appliance at a time, without having the power shut down.

Ein fantastisches Anwesen mit viel Potential, doch leider sehr "lieblos" gehalten. Dabei könnte man mit wenig Einsatz und Investition sehr viel mehr aus dem Anwesen machen. Mein Eindruck, dass man hier mit möglichst wenig Einsatz ein maximum an Gewinn durch die Vermietung rausholen möchte. Die Unterkunft entsprach definitiv nicht unseren Erwartungen für eine Landhausvilla in diesem Preissegment!

This is a wonderful house with a very nice garden and swimming pool, where there are trees so you can also relax in the shadow. There are four big bedrooms and a lot of space in the house. The kitchen is relatively small, especially when you are a group of 8 persons. The host is a really nice person who is always available and ready to help you out. The region is beautiful, but you need a car to visit the cities in the neighborhood (45 minutes to Firenze and 1,5 hours to Pisa) and to go to the shops. A nice place to relax and enjoy beautiful Tuscany.
