This is the best air bnb experience I’ve had to date! To start, I was greeted with goodies and drinks provided (they have great taste). The pool is an oasis and the views are stunning. Moritz and James are kind, friendly, helpful… all things you could hope for from hosts! They truly made me feel right at home. I planned to stay a few weeks and extended my stay for 4 months. Highly recommend!

Loved this place so much! It was so peaceful, comfy, and it had everything I needed and more. The patio is beautiful, and the kitchen area in the cabin is truly fully equipped. My favorite area in LA and my favorite new spot, thank you Moritz!!!

I recently moved to LA for work, and Moritz and James' place was the perfect landing spot for me. They themselves are such warm and kind people, and the place they have built feels like a hidden enclave in the middle of the city. It is so quiet and peaceful with a spectacular view of Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, and the neighborhood of Silver Lake is filled with amazing food and lots of charm. Almost every day after work I would come home to sit outside and watch the sun set over the mountains, and I could feel the stress melt away. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Moritz and James, and I'm going to miss staying here.
