One couldn't ask for a more central location, right on the Downtown Mall. The Grounds and The Corner are a pleasant 20-ish minute walk away, or a free ride on the Charlottesville Area Transit (meow!) bus. Parking and getting into the unit was extremely straightforward; the parking garage voucher made it very easy to leave the car in one safe spot while we visited The University. The unit itself was pleasant and quite comfortable for two people; would work great for a couple + 1 (e.g. a family of 3, such as two parents and one prospective UVa student). Despite the extremely busy surroundings, the apartment was very quiet; we had no trouble getting a restful night of sleep. Special thanks to the very responsive host for answering all of our many questions helpfully and courteously. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding. Great communication and a fun place to stay on The Mall in Charlottesville. This was a beautiful flat, with a well appointed bathroom/shower. I recommend this property to anyone heading to Charlottesville. The perfect getaway.

Pretty much everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the location very much next to many restaurants some noise from above units during the night, and in the hallway, but not enough to ruin the visit.
