The beach house was exactly as pictured/described (in the best way) and the access to the ocean and availability of toys (both for the sea and for the court) provided endless entertainment for our family. The kitchen had all of the tools we needed to cook dinners at home and the blackout curtains and comfortable beds enabled us to sleep better than we had anywhere else on our trip. The beach was just gorgeous and the snorkeling was great! Moreover, Ben and team were super helpful with my logistical questions leading up to our trip. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Ishigaki.

Aside the busy parking area for beachgoers across the road which didn’t make for a wholly private feel, the house is situated in an ideal, convenient location with a lovely view of Mount Omoto. The home overall was spacious with a great bathroom to unwind after a day of sightseeing or snorkeling. Communication with Benjamin was effortless and easy, and we appreciated the insights provided in the home binder on local, must see areas and restaurant recommendations. We unfortunately did not sleep well at night as the beds (particularly bedroom 2) and the provided pillows were not very comfortable with no extra blankets/pillows available to help out.

Great spot. We've stayed here twice and loved it. Love the big open kitchen, quiet locale, and beach so close. Highly recommended

We wanted to find an off the grid place in Ishigaki and Benjamin's place was just what we wanted. The house is located just by the Yonehara beach on Ishigaki's north shore in absolute tranquility, yet with a couple of local eateries open for lunch. The living room / dining room is HUGE with large windows facing the garden (to some it may lack privacy but for us it was the absolute highlight as you'll see nothing but green palm trees and blue sky outside the window and in low season there are barely any passers-by). Also, there is a room full of snorkeling gear and it has an outdoor shower!

Das Haus liegt am Meer und ein Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Wir konnten gut vor dem Haus parken. Der Gastgeber hat uns schnell bei einem Problem geholfen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!
