The upstairs combined living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and comfortable, and the views of the salt ponds and the ocean outside the many big windows are spectacular.

Lovely beach house with great views, wonderful kitchen, and living room layout with 2 large islands. Melanie was very responsive when I had a few questions. We slept in the king bed and it was very comfy. Just a very short walk to the beachfront so it's very convenient and relaxing. Great visit!

We loved the place. The location was great even not being directly on the beach. The house was well appointed and loved the decor. Partial views of the ocean along with the sound of the waves while sitting on the deck was a pleasure. The walk to the beach was easy enough. The only negative is the 3rd bedroom is very small and extremely tight if you’re using the trundle bed. This room is fine if the occupants are 12 years old or younger, but uncomfortable if you’re two adults. The other bedrooms are very comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this place for two couples or a family with 3 or 4 kids. Lastly, our host, Melanie, was very responsive and helpful. She was quick to respond to any question or concern. Finally, if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place near a great beach, this is a great place to stay. Thanks Melanie!
