Dariel’s unit was great and welcoming as was he! Definitely recommend staying here and would again when I need to spend a night in New Haven!

Apt was fine for a short stay. Clean, easy to access. Note: Located right next to highway but was quiet. Old building but apt was clean. Very small bathroom. Was great to be able to bring our small dog. If first time visiting the area I wouldn’t suggest it as a first choice. But if you are familiar with New Haven and are looking for a clean safe apt in walking distance of Wooster street this is a solid option. Nothing awful but nothing memorable. Was a good choice for a last minute booking and hosts instructions were accurate and helpful.

Very clean apartment and in convenient location near hospitals. Instructions were straightforward and host was very responsive and flexible. I would stay here again!

This is a great location for walking to Wooster Square, Yale, and downtown. It is very convenient to get to the interstates as well. The neighbors are polite and quiet. No problem to park either. The main drawback for us was that one of the main streets through the neighborhood can be a sketchy. And because pot is legal in CT, the smell/use of weed is unavoidable on the streets and in the park. This may not be an issue for other guests, but it was for us. The apartment itself is a solid choice. The host left great instructions and was accommodating. We stayed for two months and were comfortable working and being there. Very good WiFi!!
