Mike is a wonderful host with a well stocked house for extended stays or large gatherings. Incredible views from this location. The home is super cozy and well decorated. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle boat. Water was a nice temp and it was great to swim with the sandy entry and swimming dock. Mike was so nice to show me the prime fishing spot and hook us up with worms and unlimited use of his fishing boat. Everyone in our group of 10 had an excellent experience. We would love to spend time here again someday.

Rev Mike's lake house is a wonderful find! There were ample toys, games and spots for our toddler to play inside and out, so the adults could relax while the kids played. The house was comfortable for all and Rev Mike is a wonderful host. He took us out on his boat when we first arrived and showed us the best fishing spots. Got us into fish within minutes. Knowledgable guide with a charming home - we would definitely rent this picturesque property again!

Rev. Mike, thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend. Mike's house is very comfortable and clean and was the perfect treat for the holiday weekend. His hospitality is extraordinary! After showing us all around the property and explaining everything needed, he took us out on the boat to show us where and how to fish. The boat & gas were included. This is an ideal place to rest and recuperate with family or extended family. Our family of four could not even use all the beds available. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Mike.

My family of 5 (3 boys -13, 12 and 10 and 3 adults plus a happy dog!) thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this beautiful spot. Lake life was an Amazing experience for a week. Calm, clean and beautiful setting. The house had everything you could want to cook, sleep and relax. We brought ourselves, food and beach towels and were set for the next 7 days. There is a full library for the avid reader, board games and an amazing movie selection. The spot on the lake takes in the full view of the entire lake and is accessible to go to all the sweet inlets and islands. There is a regular breeze an no bugs. We had use of the fishing boat, kayaks and floats. You really couldn’t ask for a more fully stocked home. I was also so impressed with all the spots you could sit with family or have a quiet moment in the shade. My boys absolutely loved the bunk house to go “camping” on their own. If you have a budding fisherman, well I can’t even find the words what a perfect house this is. My oldest was overjoyed with the hours spent fishing on the dock and in the boat! Rev Mike knows every fishing spot on the lake and went above and beyond in making sure we were prepared on the water with the right techniques, the right bait and he set us up to land our share of photo worthy bass. We were so impressed by our host and how attentive he was to every detail. We would certainly, gladly and happily go back to this special spot on Trout Lake! What a gem!!!!
